Recorded during the most volatile summer of the century, "Skeleton Cruise" by Painted Faces - NYC's infamous Ridgewood ripper and longtime host of the beloved Skinny Apartment venue - is a minimal, emotive homage to forced solitude and reflection. The sounds he is able to muster with his synth(s) paint our faces (and our walls too, if we're still isolating) with every color of the spectrum - and then some.
